About Us Hi, I'm Christine Michelson (owner of RTA), I attended Colorado State University's shipped semen program in 1997.  After which, I began Stallion Management Services - a mobile semen collection and processing lab.   For nine years I collected many different stallions all over Northern California and have also flown to Alaska to help train/retrain stallions to the phantom.  I have also been a featured lecturer at the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento, CA and have been interviewed for numerous magazine articles regarding shipped semen. In 2006, after never missing a collection or saying no to one,  I  sold the mobile lab in order to spend more time with my family and horses.  Stallion Management Services
